Each renovation project is different. Here are the steps we usually conduct:

Submit a description of the work we will accomplish and price
Reach agreement and sign contract
Carry out the work
Complete the project and obtain approvals.
We expect that you will be living in your home while we are renovating it. We respect your need for minimal disruption, and will schedule work to best meet your needs.
